Thankful for Bloggy Busy-mess!

I've decided that only on one of my posts would you get both broken eggs and pearls.

Such is my life of late. I've been soooo busy lately I'm behind on a few things. But that's nothing new.
So to begin day three of my whole Thankful heart month - Can I just tell you all Thank you for the kind words you've said to me about my latest attempt at art on my last post. I have the nicest friends in the blogging world who say the nicest things. I'm really starting to believe everything you say.

Treasure Ann was sweet and gave me a really kind Blog Award which I will post more about later when I choose my own winners.

I'm also participating in my first ever Blog Swap and my creative juices are turning full power with excitement because I want to do a good job and the other participants seem so creative themselves. You can find out more about them here.

Finally there is the sweetest give-away of this...

from Peep Toe Pumps and Pearls in celebration of her 100th post. So go check her out and tell her kindly that I sent you.

I'll get back to you real soon - well as soon as I can clean up this...

and this...

And NO - I don't have a hideously yellow bathroom. Just a camera with a broken indoor flash. But again - I'm so grateful I still have a semi-functional camera and I know where to find my magic erasers.

They are my latest in gifts left to me from one of the most influential people I have known in my life. I'll explain this in a near future post as well. Happy Thankful Blogging to you all. And again, many thanks for the comments.

I'm seriously thinking about ridding my home of all writing implements and things that can be misused as writing implements. And also eggs. Broken eggs are messy. :)

Sounds like your taking everything in stride. Your doing great. I would say, "I hate broken eggs", but I'll say as not to complain, "well thankfully I can buy more." :)

Sharpies should come in padlocked containers. I hope that wasn't Sharpie?!

I'm so glad you stopped by my place, because it led me to yours. You have a wonderful blog. I've enjoyed reading through your posts and especially seeing the Halloween pictures. So much creativity here!

Thank goodness for magic erasers. I didn't have that when my son when on a marker rampage years ago. Oh, my. Markers were restricted to the kitchen table after that.

Thanks for visiting my blog, and your kind words.

You seem to have so much fun in life, and that is so refreshing to me. Your water colors are beautiful, I have always envied people who have that kind of artistic talent, so please keep at it, and am looking forward to seeing more.

Blessings,
Sue

Oh I wish I had had the magic eraser years ago...my artistic sons were always drawing things on their walls...in fact the older one actually painted a mural on his wall when he was 14...course we had to paint over it when we sold the house to move to this one...wish we had left it! Oddly I posted about just such as this today, lol...
I wanted to thank you for dropping by my place and leaving such a sweet comment!
