A Halloween Day Late - But I Still Have My Dollar.

So I’m a day late for attending the Halloween blog party hosted by A Fanicful Twist. Someone haunted my internet connection and it was missing in action. So a day late and without further fuss…

Fawndear’s Girly Oz Halloween Party…

Continue at your own risk...

I mean it.

Could be scary.

Really Scary.

Because…

So Princess Dorothy decided to attend the Halloween Party one October Evening…

And on her way she ran into...

Miss Sparkle Sleeves Herself - Glenda (Lea) The Good Witch, who pointed out how perfectly twirly her party dress was.

‘Cool,’ thought Dorothy. And when they ran into Munchkin Hope she promptly showed her the dance-ability of their dresses.

So they continued on their way to the party and passed the Land of Stuffed Pumpkin People who are distant relatives of Scarecrow.

They kindly waved greetings.

Then they went into the Enchanted Forest...

where the tree knots are decorated by faeries and they danced...

...and danced and danced until they were too exhausted to stand in their pretty shoes.

But that’s o.k. because then they could lie on the ground and count Candy-Corn Clouds in the sky.

Uh-Oh! Whose belongs to those shoes?

Soooo the Wicked Witch has decided to crash the Halloween twirling dance party!

But Munchkin Hope knows the Witches other weakness besides water…

She’s starving for love!

And they danced some more and nearly wore out their Oz' terrific shoes.

So what's in store for the Ladies of Oz? Well they are going to get together again and see if they can't use some magic to create a miniture pumpkin village.

With Licorice tree lined steets...

full of pumpkin carriages.

And we will cross our fingers and hope the Wicked Witch can stay in a good mood long enough to finish yet another crazy idea. She's sketching a holiday blog banner...

That and the Men from Oz. Will they or won't they play along? Can the witch use her magic and create them costumes from pennies as well that they will wear without too much bribery?

Stay tuned!

You ROCKED those costumes! Absolutely perfect. I wish I had one-tenth of your ability...you're amazing! I don't know how you get it all done.

oh Fawn! Simply FABULOUS! Well done!

I was going to be a witch this year too... I've got the pattern and the fabric, but still haven't finished Joseph's costume yet, so I'm thinking that NEXT year I'll be a fabulous witch and this year I'll just try not to get to witchy! :)

You did such a great job on those costumes! It is my hope to one day have time enough to learn how to sew more than simple pillow, quilts, and curtains. Plus you can draw? Not fair! :)
