Blogging Birthday Gifts!

Well I made it and lo and behold you all are still with me. Today I'm celebrating my 1 year bloggin' Birthday. And it couldn't have been a better year!

So instead of begging for presents and well wishes I'm going to have a Bloggin' Birthday Give-Away!

This here little Ghostie stands 12 inches tall from ground to crow wing and would look cute in almost any Halloween Home.

How to win little Ghostie? Submit a comment to this post and also write down the name of your favorite Crafty/Sewing/Artistic Website or Blog (I'm diggin' for Christmas ideas, you see). And if it's a frugal craft idea site then that's even better.

So I'll announce the winner a week from today!

And thank you for being my blog friends for the past year.

P.S. I'll be celebrating my blasted bloggin' birthday all week long so be sure and check back because who know's what other fun is in store.

Hi FawnDear, Congrats on the 1 year blogiversary. Forgive me on the delay of the prize I'm sending to you. Rest assure I am sending it. A great website to go to get or do Christmas crafts and get ideas is Lion Brand. Try Baskets of yarn and/or A.C. Moore website. They have a lot of cool crafts, kits, etc. You name it, I do believe they have it. O.K. take care.

How fun!! Cute ghostie & crow (I love black birds!)
Let's see- Martha Stewart is chock full of ideas!
I'll have to say that All Sorts has some cute patterns and projects that will definitely get you covered for Christmas. Link is: http://www.allsorts.typepad.com/
Scroll down to the left side margin and you'll see "Patterns & Tutorials". Love those elf clogs!

Again- Happy Bloggity Birthday to you!

Happy Blogaversary. Or something like that..

Crafty ideas? I'm useless. I guess my big thing to do for Christmas decorating is to buy a bunch of Christmas silk flowers/greens/sparkly stuff and hot glue until my heart's content. Glue them on vine wreaths, glue them on buckets and containers. Blue them to wide ribbon and wrap the whole thing around the banister or on the mantle. Then just gluing them to each other and hanging them on the wall!
